8/17/2023 0 Comments Dying light nightmare mode tipsI only tried it for 1 or 2 swings to see what it could do, then I said, better save it for later. That way, you don't feel bad if you don't get to keep such a dev bonus. It is a shame they didn't label Korek Machete as Normal Only or whatever, but it is a dev cheat, so just always presume the worst. I'm betting that all that stuff I stored in Normal in my inventory is going to get used up in either Hard Mode or Nightmare. I doubt I'll ever do more than try it out, myself.īut, anyway, I feel for you about Korek, but you'll find a lot better once more into the Normal Campaign even, you can even farm the bandits for stuff (by then) that is 1.5 times more damaging per swing. If you look at the Wiki for it, Nightmare Mode is really a pain in the butt that requires a lot more damage output, ability to take potions to handle it (or to have really upped your Health Points with Legendary Skills), and it is a beast. If you're planning to play on nightmare mode, your character must be stronger enough prepared to not need korek machetes or any developer weapons, otherwise you've gotta stick with hard mode. One of the easiest and most effective ways to gain Legend levels is to repeatedly complete a quarantine zone which gives DROPS, such as Stuffed Turtle, on Normal difficulty, then switch to nightmare difficulty and turn in the drops all at once, rewarding you with 120,000 Legend points per DROP. I went and grabbed the blueprint early and made one because it was miles better than anything available at the time, then i found out it wasn't available I am 1v1 ing every Night Hunter and most of them rage quit after they see me blocking spits with shield and rain deathing them after each tackle dodge.Originally posted by Krono:I do know a tiny bit about the game, thank you. Guys stop with the bs : ( Dying Light is by far the easiest game that I played in my entire life. Also just as a last reminder Night Hunter invasions are too easy for the humans. Your power stamina is no longer unlimited on Nightmare mode, only running stamina remains infinite, parkour attacks still drain stamina, but you can jump, run and climb without depleting it. Oh and one last thing did you guys knew that you can literally kill any enemy in the game (not volatiles, not bosses and not big guys) by vaultting over their head and then holding attack button to instantly drop attack them? And I thought you guys were saying NG+ Nightmare mode is so hard lmao XD Add me on steam and I will show you how it's done with even the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapons in the game (not pipes tho cause I hate pipes so much). And also just asking wdym by bullet sponges? Do you guys honestly use guns on zombies? I can't believe how many noobs Dying Light has ) ONLY USE GUNS ON HUMAN ENEMIES NOT ZOMBIES!!! Btw: use only semi automatic shotgun on the boss at the end of prison heist but other than that don't use guns on zombies. Also bows and crossbows are always one hits on every zombie in the game with the exeption of the volatiles (one hits only on the head). Not to mention that if your weapon mod gets activated (I'm talking about good weapon mods like angel sword) it is an insta kill on every zombie with the exeption of Goons, Demolishers and volatiles. The only thing that is hard to kill on NG+ Nightmare difficulty is the alpha volatile that spits toxic waste at you that apparently deals 80 damage per spit and it does poison damage as well (poison damage means that it continues to damage you at a slow rate for a duration of up to 5 sec depending on the zombie type). All you have to do is to learn 2 things: How to dodge every zombie attack so you don't get damaged and how to always aim for the head when you swing a melee weapon because that will do the most damage. They made the game too easy and you all have to admit it. I am currently playing on NG+ Nightmare difficulty and I am killing volatiles in 5 hits with only 1k damage weapons. When you die, you can only lose experience towards the next rank, not the rank itself. You lose 100 of your total Legend experience towards next rank upon death. Experience All Legend skill-tree experience on Nightmare mode is increased by 10x which is 20x at the night time. Guys stop with the bs :( Dying Light is by far the easiest game that I played in my entire life. The duration of Boosters are drastically reduced.
